We love you Eric/Daddy! :) This Father's Day is a little different because we are celebrating with one child here and one on the way! Olivia let Eric sleep in a little this morning, but after listening to "where'd Daddy go?" for 30 minutes, I let her wake him up. She gave him the card she colored for him, made him coffee and chocolate chip and butterscotch pancakes, and then made a nice big present (poo-poo) for him. ;) I said, "I know it is Father's Day, but I have changed the last 200 poopies, so it is your turn." Nice, huh? Here is the conversation as I hear it from the other room:
Eric: Oh gosh.
Olivia: What?
Eric: Oh my.
Olivia: What say?
Eric: I could use some assistance.
Olivia: What?
Haha, Olivia is always asking us what we said. She is also obsessed with bugs. She doesn't like them at all. Those darn beetle things, June bugs I think, keep coming in the house on Lupe. Olivia will squat down next to it and yell "buggie!" until someone comes to get it. The other day she told Daddy to "get the buggie!" and we were dying laughing. It was so cute! They are quite a pair! We love you Daddy!
Reading a bedtime story with Daddy after her bath!
I want to be just like Daddy! I love to walk in his shoes!
I'd like to eat lunch on Daddy today. And she did just that.
