Is it Friday yet?

This week has flown by! I could have sworn yesterday was Monday. I live for weekends when I get to spend time with Eric and he is here to help with Olivia. Olivia is pretty "easy" these days, but still very tiring. I am enjoying my last couple of months with Olivia as the only child. It will be wonderful to meet our new little one, but definitely different to have two kids.

Olivia loves our friend Natalie and ALWAYS asks about her. Every time we step foot outside, she points at her house and says her name. She used to give Natalie's husband Brandon the cold shoulder, but has recently been asking for him, too. Today she saw him and got super excited and started squealing his name. He is becoming a favorite for O now. Also on this list is my friend Cindy from AMS. Olivia really likes her, too. She will ask for her and pretend to call her on the phone. Today we saw a silver car and she pointed at it and said, "Cindy?" as if that was her car. It was so cute. She even took a nice long nap on Cindy's bed the other day. Very cute. Did I happen to mention she soaked through her diaper and peed on Cindy's bed? Woops.

Temper tantrums crack me up. They aren't what you would imagine they would be from Olivia. She just lays herself face down on the floor and whimpers. She looks up every now and then to see if you are looking at her, and then puts her head back down. It is kind of like she is putting herself in a time out or something. After a few minutes, I will kneel down next to her and push her hair out of her eyes. She looks up at me with a huge smile, climbs up onto me, hugs me, and off she goes. I'll take that over kicking and screaming any day. Picture below.

Corner? Doesn't work. Olivia actually likes the corner. In fact, sometimes when she does something bad, she'll tell me she needs the corner with the biggest smile on her face. I should tell you that the corner never worked on me when I was a kid. My mom would put me in it, and then after I had served my time, she would tell me I could get out. My response? "No, I like it here." I guess what goes around does come around. When I do put her in it, and then go to get her out, she has the biggest grin on her face! What a silly kid. Enjoy the random pictures.

Olivia trying on Mommy's new "shirts" as she calls them. :)

Olivia loves to climb into our bed and pretend to go "night night".

Oh, you meant put the shoes in the basket.

What do you mean I am too big for this stroller?

Cheeseburger. She loves for me to take pictures of her and then hand her the camera so she can see them.
