Olivia and I flew to Indiana this past weekend to visit the grandparents! We had a VERY fun time! It didn't start out too well, as Olivia fussed for most of the plane ride and then threw up all over both of us. It was really gross. To top it off the old man that was supposed to sit next to me (long story) complained about Olivia's fussing to the stewardess and asked to be relocated. Meanie!

When we finally got to Peru, O was in mega-tired mode. It took her the rest of the day/night to get back to normal. My mom took night duty that night so I got to sleep! She didn't do it again though because she said it made her too tired. Too bad I can't just say that! Olivia was SUPER the rest of the trip. She took her regular naps and was barely fussy for the ENTIRE remainder of the trip. It was awesome.

The plane ride back was SOO much better. She had a bottle just before we took off and then fell asleep as we were taxiing. She didn't sleep long though because the turbulence was so bad. When she woke up she just played with me and the lady on the aisle. I had my seat and then the seat next to me. Olivia sat in her own seat for about 15 minutes. It was so cute! The lady beside me was making an emergency trip to Rio for her mother's funeral. Her mom was on vacation visiting her mother and she had a stroke and died. It was very sad. We talked the whole time and she played with Olivia. I think we were both very glad to have each other on that flight. It was definitely a God thing.
