Copy Cat

She's looking at herself in the mirror! How sweet!

Ok, so I have a really bad cough. It started Thursday evening, and it is awful. Before it started, Olivia had this little "fake cough" thing she would do just to get a reaction out of us. She'd do this little dainty cough and then smile and laugh because that is what we would do. Now, in an effort to imitate me, she does this old man cough and it is hilarious. She's been doing it since last night. Don't worry, it is not a real cough and she is not sick. You can totally tell it is a fake cough. She does it right after I get done coughing.

She's also been getting quite drowsy in her high chair during dinner. The other night she finally did it...she fell asleep in her high chair! It was so cute! Then last night she fell asleep on the way home from Lowe's. Eric lifted her out of her car seat as slowly as he could, and she stayed asleep. He was jealous because I did it the night before from the high chair, and he wanted his turn. We both loved the feeling of holding our sleeping baby girl close to us. She NEVER falls asleep on us anymore unless we are on the airplane or...ok that is it. We soaked up every moment of her sleeping on us that we could. It was great!

This week is our good friend Micah's third birthday. I could do a whole post on funny things that little guy has said or done, but I won't (yet). It is also my sister's 4th wedding anniversary. Next week is our 3 year anniversary, and in order to celebrate, we are going to the CAYMAN ISLANDS!!! That's right folks, we are actually going on a vacation to somewhere OTHER than INDIANA! Yahoo! I can't wait!

I love the picture of Olivia asleep in her high chair. I've always wanted Latham to do that but he never has. Hope you start to feel better soon...2/3 of us are sick now too.
