Today I took the kids for their first real haircut. Well, Olivia has had two other ones, but they were both when she was only 1 year old. They both did great! Olivia sat there in the chair and didn't move a muscle. Julian got a little squirmy, so I had to stand really close to him and hold his arms down. :)
