My dr. appt. went well on Thursday, but there is really nothing to report. No dilation or anything of that nature. I have been having a lot of contractions. I even had one during my check-up. The dr. said, "Are you feeling that?" I could feel just a little something. She said, "That is a contraction, a big one." Nice to know. :) I have been feeling a lot of them, but if what she showed me also counts as a contraction, then I must be having a TON of them. Is it possible to have regular contractions and then never dilate? I hope not!
I'm going to sub 3 days next week. Monday and Tuesday for my dear old science kiddos and then Friday for math...my old friend. ;) Knowing Jeanne she'll leave me with metric conversion just like Lisa did. Teachers are sneaky. You really should ask about the lesson BEFORE you agree to sub. People worry that I am pushing it doing so much, but I honestly feel like I did when I was only 20 weeks pregnant. My belly isn't that big, and I can still shave my legs without much energy. I can even paint my toenails! But ask me again how I feel next Friday after subbing, and maybe I'll have a different answer. :) 38 weeks down, 2 to go! Oh, and on a side note...the dr. won't let her be more than 7 days late, so we'll get to meet her by November 10th at the latest!

You definitely seem to be full of energy. I must be lazy because I would've stayed at home enjoying laying around a bit. Way to go you hard workin' woman! That's so fantastic you feel THAT great at 38 weeks. It was way hard for me to paint my toenails! Olivia will be here before you know it! (A random side note: Laura's blog is listed off my blog. Her child's name is Reese. Reese's middle name: Olivia. I think ya'll should be friends!)
