Happy Mom's Day!

We had a really fun weekend! On Saturday we went to Abby's first birthday party! Olivia had a great time watching all the big kids run around. She was happy to see Abby because it had been about 2 weeks since they had played together. After the party we went home for a nice nap. ;) That evening my great friend Beth came to visit. She was in town for her cousin's wedding and was staying with us. It is always great to have Beth visit.

Eric let me sleep in on Sunday and he got up with Olivia. She decided to get up bright and early at 7:00 am! :) When I got up I made a nice breakfast for everyone and we had so much time chatting we didn't get ready in time for church. Woops! After O woke up from her nap, we headed to the Woodlands to walk around Market Street. We love walking there. We love to watch all the little kids play in the water. They always have a great time. On our way home we stopped at Cold Stone for a little Mother's Day treat! Founder's Favorite....mmmmm. :)

Eric had given me a spa gift card for Christmas, and I haven't been able to use it yet. So for Mom's Day he added more to it! :) He said we are going there on Saturday so I can use it! Yay! He (I mean, Olivia) also gave me the prettiest flowers. What a man! I had a great day! Being a mother is definitely awesome. Olivia is the coolest kid ever and I am so proud to be her mother. I hope when she gets older she'll be proud to be my daughter. :) Love you tons, Olivia!
